Stock material and tooling were used to minimise the lead time for the project.

FEA and hand calculations were employed to ensure that the products were suitable to carry the required load.

Detailed fabrication drawings were created complete with applicable standards.

These drawings were then used to manufacture the hangers on-site at Ellis.

The hangers were manufactured from structural steel, this was welded and then sent for hot dip galvanising.
