They now have a unique and exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join the business and take ownership of the relationships the business has with customers in the UK and Ireland.
Initially reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will negotiate contract renewals, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and visit key distributors and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the businesses capability, and helping customers specify suitable products, suggesting bespoke solutions where appropriate and liaising with the technical team regarding those requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, enthusiasm and be a self-starter who is socially adaptable, customer-focussed and an articulate and credible communicator.
Numerical and IT literate, you will be experienced in using excel spreadsheets and analysing data.
You should exhibit a reasonable degree of technical competence and be a confident communicator when liaising with engineers and the technical team.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, although this is not essential, the ideal candidate should be an all-round team player with the commitment to succeed in a challenging and exciting role, have a good sense of humour and a well-developed sense of ethics.
